mincing garlic with a mincing board

If you hate mincing then you absolutely need this tool in your kitchen! This cutting board is typically used to mince fresh herbs but I've found it especially useful for mincing garlic too. A special thanks to my co-worker who gave this to me as a gift!

As a side note, remember to let your garlic sit for 5-10 minutes before using it to reap its health benefits.
